Our complimentary consultation takes place entirely in the comfort of your own home, allowing us to discuss your exact requirements and ensure our bespoke approach aligns perfectly with your expectations.

What We Will Cover:

  • Introduction & Regulatory Advocacy: We will introduce ourselves and discuss our Regulatory Advocacy Statement and what it means for you.
  • Credentials & Proof of Compliance: We will share physical copies of our DEFRA Authorisation, vehicle insurance, business insurance, relevant qualifications, DBS checks, and company policies. Copies are available upon request.
  • Professional Service Agreement: We will complete three key documents together:
    • Service Specification Overview: Outlines your specific service requirements.
    • Customer Onboarding: Captures your contact details, property access info, and details about other household pets.
    • Canine Assessment & Onboarding: A detailed profile for each dog, including medical history, behaviour, exercise needs, and handling requirements.
  • Terms, Conditions & Data Protection: We will review our core terms and answer any questions. We will also cover our strict Data Protection Policy, which includes a complete prohibition on sharing photos of you, your dog, or your home on social media or marketing materials. You will receive printed copies at the end of the meeting.
  • After the Appointment: We will consolidate all captured details, terms, and policies into a single PDF and email it to you for your records.
